While we love a classic diamond set in platinum, it’s not a style that suits every bride’s taste. So if you’re expecting or planning a proposal this Valentine’s Day, consider one of these gorgeous rings that is anything but traditional.
We love these colorful stones, unexpected cuts, and alternative settings.

Would you wear one of these non-traditional rings?

Back when I was going to get engaged, my ring was the Tiffany flower. The photo fifth down looks EXACTLY like it! And it’s probably cheaper too. But I LOVE the first one, the one with all the leaves and the big hunkin’ crystal. Yet I’m not near being engaged…still nice to look! I love non-traditional engagement rings.
Thanks for this! My husband got me a sapphire ring for our engagement. We saw the movie Blood Diamond together so he knew if he got me a diamond ring, there would have been trouble! He actually purchased each of the sapphires from mines he found reputable after doing a lot of research, and then had a company take care of the setting.
Some of these are awesome ideas and inspiration. Thanks!
