Chandra Frederick is the creative mind behind one of our favorite (and just relaunched!) blogs, Oh Lovely Day. Her passion for weddings started while creating, designing, and planning the details of her fete. Now she inspires others to create a wedding that’s you through posts about styled shoots, engagements, and real weddings. We love the DIY section on Oh Lovely Day for its step-by-step instructions, and we would be remiss if we didn’t mention Chandra’s fantastic and very helpful vendor guide.
We asked Chandra to create a bundle representing her current favorite trend, and we were so excited when we found out she loves pastel palettes, especially when shades are mixed together!
You can pick a couple of coordinating shades or choose every possible pastel hue. And the great thing about this trend is it will work for you regardless of your wedding style. Having a vintage wedding? Play with pastels in your vintage china and linens. More of a modern bride? Put your bridesmaids in mismatched dresses in different pastel shades. A classic wedding more your style? Incorporate pastels in your florals and wedding stationery.
